Products & Availability

All products are made-to-order and produced through a print-on-demand process. This means items may vary slightly in color, placement, or scale from mockup images. Availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once full payment is received. Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference.
Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted. To request a replacement, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.

Lost or undelivered orders must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Returned packages due to invalid addresses or unclaimed deliveries can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and branding displayed in this store are the exclusive property of Smashed Ink LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
